Hi, I’m Andrea. My approach combines Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS informed). EFT helps couples and families understand the patterns that keep them stuck and learn how to reach for each other in new ways. IFS helps individuals and partners connect with the different parts of themselves so they can respond with more clarity and choice.

Together, these approaches create a therapy process that is both structured and compassionate. You will learn to see your patterns clearly, understand the emotions driving them, and build stronger, more connected relationships.
